The gallery Les filles du calvaire hosted the exhibition The Lemon is the Most Sincere Flower, curated by Yvannoé Kruger, bringing together about fifteen artists from each continent to explore the multiple facets of this humble citrus from December 2, 2023 to January 13, 2024. An icon of art in the making and a sanctuary of the unexplored, the lemon, a simple fruit, unveils itself under an enigmatic light. Both fruit and sun, this gold that grows on trees, became the guest of honor for the duration of an exhibition.
