Cengiz Tekin at the workshop Rethinking Resilience and Architecture of the Future (26/02/2024)
The second Amed Urban Workshop will be held in Diyarbakır from January 26 to February 5, 2024, at the invitation of the Chamber of Architects Diyarbakır and hosted by Loading. The Rethinking Resilience and the Architecture of the Future winter school, organized by curators Dicle Beştaş and Sonja Lau, aims to address the devastating effects of the earthquake on the region's social, political, ecological, and cultural aspects. The program will offer a Visual Practice and Theory workshop led by Cengiz Tekin and Eray Çaylı. The workshop aims to develop a critical approach to the concept of "resilience" through visual practice and theory.
